Keep It Clean Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing issues, including:

• Scratches
• Paint chips
• Oxidized paint
• Torn leather or upholstery
• Loose trim or parts

Any visible damage may be documented before service.

Weather Policy

For mobile services and exterior cleaning:

• Rain
• Snow
• Severe temperatures
• Unsafe weather

may require appointments to be rescheduled.

Customer safety and service quality come first.

Pressure Washing Policy

Customers must ensure the work area is accessible.

Keep It Clean Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Loose siding
• Failing paint
• Weak concrete
• Improperly installed surfaces

Pressure washing may reveal pre-existing surface issues.


Carpet Cleaning Policy
• Area must be cleared before arrival.
• Drying time may vary depending on ventilation and humidity.
• Some stains may permanently remain.


Photos & Marketing
We may take before and after photos of vehicles or property for:
• Quality assurance
• Marketing
• Social media
We will respect any request for privacy.


Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.


Right to Refuse Service
Keep It Clean Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• The job is misrepresented
• There is harassment or inappropriate behavior

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

To help us give you the best services as  possible, please:

For Car Detailing
   •    Remove personal items
   •    Remove child seats if possible if not purchased as add on 
   •    Make sure the vehicle is accessible 
   •    Unlock the vehicle
   •    Secure pets

For Carpet Shampoo
   •    Move small furniture
   •    Vacuum loose debris if possible
   •    Keep pets away

For Pressure Washing
   •    Move cars from driveway
   •    Move items and outdoor furniture 
   •    Close windows
   •    Turn off outdoor electrical items
